We offer a wide spectrum of bulbs for the automobile industry along with a range of torches, lanterns and emergency lights. Fabricated using premium quality raw material, our assortment can be broadly classified into five categories comprising of incandescent bulbs, led bulbs and lights, flash light bulbs, rechargeable torches, search lights and emergency lights. The gamut of incandescent bulbs offered by us includes tail light & side lamps bulb, dash board & meter bulbs, head light bulbs, festoon bulbs, wedge base bulbs and side, rear & number plate bulb. our range of led bulbs and lights consists of led instrument bulbs, automotive led lighting, led tail and blinker bulb, 5 mm led tail light bulbs and led indication and tail lights. We provide an assortment of Flash Light Bulbs that includes halogen bulbs, krypton bulbs, vacuum bulbs and led tail bulbs. our array of rechargeable torches consists of halogen torch search light, krypton torch, led torch and head torches. The assortment of emergency lights manufactured by us comprises wall mountable emergency light, carry lantern and reading lamps.

The organisation has installed testing facilities for ageing,, photometry test(Lumen and wattage,) torsion test, life test and other test required as per IS:1606 / AIS 037 / ECE REG-37. This company also utilises facilities in different group companies for testing of bulbs. The group have large 1.0 meter integrator, computerised LMT goniometer for testing of auto bulbs ,profile Projector for verification of bulb filament position.

In order to store our range of bulbs, torches and lights in a safe and organized manner, we possess a huge warehouse with an appreciable storing capacity. The storing area is divided into sections as per the diverse categories of products manufactured by us. This helps in avoiding any confusion at the time of uploading, thereby, reducing the turnaround time. Since bulbs and lights are extremely delicate items that can break even at the slightest mishandling, our warehousing experts handle the products with extra care and precaution, so as to avoid causing any kind of damage to them.

To ensure the complete safety of our range of bulbs, lanterns and allied products, we take utmost precaution while packaging them and thus, follow a double packaging procedure of all our products. First, we pack the bulbs and lights using blister packing machines and then to provide them with extra safety, we pack the products in cardboard packing's.

Autopal Group is a leading manufacturer and exporter of automotive lighting including Head Lamps, Auxiliary Lamp and Light source like Incandescent / halogen bulbs and exists  in this field since 1970.  The group is major supplier of auto bulbs and lamps to majority of OEMs in India and various state transport undertakings. Group has ARAI Approvals as per AIS-037 and ‘E’ Approvals on majority of  its products.

The group has also got number of awards from Government of India for export, technology, from ACMA and Best Performance Award from OEM like Maruti Udyog Ltd. Many group companies are ISO 9001:2000 certified.

We have strong base in design and technology for production of auto bulbs since we are associated with Autopal Group whose R&D has vast experience in manufacture and application of auto Halogen bulbs and lamps.  The organisation gets R&D support for infra structural key inputs such as filament and gas mixing technology.  The know how of gas mixing with respect to life of auto bulbs and production is unique with us and this is for production of consistent quality products.  We also manufacture special purpose filaments in addition to procurement of filaments from reputed industries, which are tested in our incoming quality.

We are exporting our bulbs to more than 50 countries through Autolite (India) Ltd. We are also supplying our product to various STU’s in India.
We are supplying our bulbs to various O.E.M.s like Ashok Leyland, M & M (Swaraj Division), E.T.L., S.M.L., Telco, Force Motors Ltd., Lucas TVS Ltd., , TVS  Ltd.  etc.

Now OEM’s are buying bulbs fitted with head lamps/Instruments. So now we are supplying them through Minda Industries Ltd., Fiem Industries Ltd., Autolite India Ltd., Hilux Automotive Pvt. Ltd., Sunpack, Lumax Industries, Luman Autolite, Hella India Lighting etc. And also supplying to instrument manufacturers including continental Ltd, Indication instruments ltd., Minda Stonridge instruments Ltd, Tafe Access Ltd, Suprajit Engg Ltd, Galaxy Instruments Lt,. Minda valeo Ltd etc.

Both the organisations have installed several automatic equipments with manual loading and unloading.  This provides conformity of production.  Many of these equipments are imported from reputed suppliers for increasing quality.  In addition to above equipments, we also use facilities of group gas mixing plant, filament manufacturing equipments and testing facilities.
